Administrators can use the same form to either add a new phone to your account or to deactivate an existing phone; you will simply need to identify the phone number, mark it with the desired action (“add” or “deactivate”), and send the form to pinpoint@televate.com. When a phone is deactivated, it will no longer collect data for your account or send new data to your maps. However, data collected previously from this phone will not disappear.
